In fact, he has built as many as five offices for the same group. Ray built and supervised the construction of the 14-building, 200,000-sq.-ft. One Village Plaza in Fayetteville, and was the field supervisor in charge of the renovation and construction of the award-winning Eastover Professional Plaza medical park, a project that benefited from his experience in the medical field working with equipment, machinery, cabinetry, and instruments unique to medical office construction.
