Meet Chuck Furr.

With over 25 years’ experience in the real estate and construction business, Chuck Furr has the knowledge and experience to meet a client’s needs at any level, from starter and custom homes, to commercial office parks and buildings. A degree in business administration from Campbell University combined with real estate and General Contractor’s licenses, experience as a project manager for a local construction company, and commitment to customer satisfaction provided a solid foundation to start Furr Properties in 1988. In 1991, he incorporated Furr Construction and Development, Inc., specializing in custom homes and later expanding into commercial construction and development. Chuck has strong ties to the community, beginning his construction career in Cumberland County, and has built his reputation on satisfying his clients – a large percentage of them repeat customers. Recent projects include the Heritage Commons Professional office park located in Fayetteville’s historic downtown district near the courthouse, and the Eastover Professional Plaza Project and Medical Park developed in Eastern Cumberland County. Chuck is a member of the Fayetteville Home Builders Association and the Chamber of Commerce.
