Residential Properties
After serving the community for 20 years as a fireman and police officer for the city of Fayetteville, Jeff Ingraham applied his well-honed leadership abilities to the building industry, beginning in 1996 as the superintendent for Robert Ingraham Homes, Inc., in Fayetteville and Charlotte, NC. From scheduling contractors, daily inspections, and meetings with realtors and homebuyers, to final walk-thru and warranty work, Jeff managed all aspects of new homebuilding. As residential construction manager, he successfully handled bid submissions and budgeting bids to actual costs, as well as processed permit documentation and verified work to completion. His attention to all details of construction to insure the highest standards and work quality earned the respect of fellow industry associates, including inspection departments, licensing boards, and building suppliers – and fellow contractors. Jeff obtained his General Contractor license for Robert Ingraham Homes, Inc., in Tennessee in 2003, returning to Fayetteville in 2006 where, as project foreman and superintendent for a major builder, he built custom and starter homes, completed residential renovations and additions, built a professional office park and bank, and renovated commercial office space. He became a licensed contractor for the state of North Carolina in 2009 and brings his comprehensive experience, uncompromising work ethics, and standards for high-quality workmanship to Furr Construction and Development, Inc., as Residential Division Manager. Responsible for subcontractor scheduling, material and labor management, customer relations, inspections, quality control, safety policies, estimating, purchasing, and management of all contracts, Jeff will maintain the consummate attention to award-winning excellence and client satisfaction that is Furr Construction and Development, Inc.
